Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to submit a request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a courier pickup from your address or provide you with a shipping label for smaller decor items.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs.
